I am writing, under the Freedom of Information Act, to request information in regard to the commissioning of Adult Weight Loss Management and Bariatric Surgery services by your CCG.

CCGs in [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] are undertaking a redesign and procurement exercise in relation to Weight Management and Bariatric Surgery Services and would really appreciate information in relation to your local service arrangements and tariffs to inform and support a best practice model in future.
