Under the Freedom Of Information Act please could you provide me with the following information:

1. A list of all project and programmes, underway or planned.

2. A List of the key deliverables/outputs for all project and Programmes.

The ICS has two strategic plans, the first published in 2016 and the second published in March 2020. Both set out the high level deliverables and outcomes expected from the ICS programmes. Please see:

3. A List of all SROs for all project and programmes.

The work programmes that are within the ICS are a combination of areas of work that are nationally mandated (such as cancer, led by the Cancer Alliance) and those which have emerged as collaboration between partners has evolved (such as the Hosted Networks, led by the acute hospital providers) and those which are managed by the programme management team that supports the ICS.

4. The timelines and stage of delivery (Project stage) for all project and programme including delivery status.

The timelines and delivery stages are encapsulated within the Plans already published (as above). Operational plans for the programmes will be published in the coming months.

5. Current Organisation charts in particular for IT, Change & Transformation, Operations and digital data and technology teams/ business areas or directorates.

The ICS is not an organisation and does not have organisation charts. There are SROs for the areas described who work with colleagues across the organisations (aka the ‘System’) and they are listed above.
