Freedom of Information Act 2000 – Request for Information

We are pleased to respond to your request for information and our response is set out below:

Request

My name is [redacted] and I am contacting you on behalf of Flat Friends UK. We are a national registered charity that is dedicated to supporting women who have had single or double mastectomy surgery without reconstruction, including those who may face such decisions now or in the future, due to either a breast cancer diagnosis or preventative surgery. We believe living without reconstruction is a positive outcome.

To support ladies further we are endeavouring to gather a small amount of data from CCG's and Health Trusts within the UK. I would be very appreciative if your CCG/Health Trust could assist us with some research under the Freedom of Information Act 2010. Any information that you can give us would be gratefully received. We have tried to minimalise our questions and to keep them brief in order to assist your capabilities to gain the information.
