I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding the structure and leadership team of your STP.
1. Please provide the name of the individual and their STP/ICS job title, associated to each of the below areas of responsibility. In cases where there are multiple leads, please include the names of all individuals.
Where I have already been able to identify some individuals, I have filled them in below. Please can you confirm if these individuals are correct and fill in any gaps. If any existing information needs to be updated, please do so in the table below.
The South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Integrated Care System (ICS) is not an organisation but a partnership of NHS organisations working with others, such as Local Authorities and the voluntary sector. Responsibilities for areas of work are from a combination of staff who are employed from across the partnership and staff who are employed to work on an area.
