Contract for Services by NHS Sheffield CCG

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following:

1. Please provide the total amount spent by you for the following procedures (broken down by the applicable CCSD code) performed by independent providers between 1 April 2019 and 31 March 2020:

  1. Cataract with implantation of a spherical (non toric) Intraocular Lens;
  2. Cataract with implantation of a toric intraocular lens; and
  3. YAG capsulotomy.
